Product Description
PRODUCTION PROCESS:
1.Raw material
All the material are bought from the regular big steel factory in round bar and square. We can offer the inspection report for the raw material.
Material specification:
Carbon steel:A105,Q235,SS400,SF440,RST37.2,S235JRG2,P250GH,C22.8,Q235 etc.
Stainless steel:F304,F316,F304L,F316L,F316TI,F321,DUPLEX2205 etc.
2.Material cutting
2.Forging
All the steel are heated and forged by the hammer,we can forging from 1/2" to 78" flanges. The blind flange,flat flange,slip on flange,weldneck flange,threaded flange,socket weld flange,lap joint flange,loose flange etc.
4.Machining work
All the flanges are machined by center lathe and numerically controlled lathe ,we have CNC center and skilled worker about 50 persons.
5.Drilling
We have precise mold to make the bolt hole and can control the smallest errors.
6.Quality control
Every piece flange is checked by QC department.
7. Stamping
8. Surface treatment
There is four methods to do the surface treatment: yellow paint,black paint,anti-rust oil,cold galvanized,hot galvanized.
9.Packing
Wooden pallets and wooden case.
