Preliminary analysis:

　　(1) according to the chemical composition of the steel, estimated by the approximate formula, C3 is 799.5 C, in order to determine the quenching temperature is 860 C.

　　(2) according to the structure size, mechanical properties of the forging and the smelting method of the steel, the quenching medium is water, C <20.

　　(3) according to the mechanical properties, the tempering temperature is determined to be no less than 600 C.
