Standard components of Ji Meng cast flanges

　　Casting flange can only be used in 16Kg, normal conditions used in the 10Kg or 6Kg pipe. Temperature is not too high or too low in addition to pressure. There is no general specification, but an important pipeline is recommended to use forged flange, such as a number of high temperature difference or the pipeline vibration, the flange of the poor quality of the casting will cause the fracture, vibration cracking, leakage and so on.

　　GB/T 15530 "copper alloy and composite flange" series standard consists of eight parts, this part is the first part of the GB/T 15530.

　　This part has replaced 15530.1-1995 GB/T and 2505-1989 GB/T from the date of implementation.

　　This part is 15530.1-1995 GB/T "copper alloy whole casting flange" and 2505-1989 GB/T "the ship cast copper flange (four carry)" revised edition.

　　This part is compared with 2505-1989 GB/T and 15530.1-1995 GB/T, the main changes are as follows:

　　- to integrate the original two standards into a standard, the name of the standard to do a modification;

　　The flange type according to the sealing surface is divided into type RF (sudden surface) and TG type (groove) and FF (Quan Pingmian);

　　- uniform material grades, requirements;

　　GB/T 15530 of this part of the provisions of the copper alloy casting flange (hereinafter referred to as the flange) of the type size and requirements.

　　This part applies to the nominal pressure is not more than PN40 and Class300, the working temperature is not higher than 260 degrees of various types of valve parts and accessories with the design and manufacture of flange.
