Requirements for cleaning and assembly of coiled flange valves

Before the assembly, the valve section must be handled with the following procedures: 1. According to the process requirements, need to do some polishing, the surface should be no burr processing. 2. All parts of the process should be done. 3. Pickling and passivation to complete the skim treatment, cleaning agent does not contain phosphorus. 4. And pure water cleaning, no drug residues, carbon steel components do not need this step. 5. The use of dry non-woven cleaning all parts, no other part of the surface of retaine and pili, or use dry clean nitrogen. 6. The use of non-woven or precision filter paper soake in the analysis of pure alcohol and clean all parts, until no dirty color.
Valve assembly requires more complex than other pipe fittings. Cleaning parts must be kept in a sealed installation. Ductile iron trough fittings, forged fittings for welded pipe fittings or steel, they are just painted, or spread with anti rust oil. However, the valve installation process requirements are as follows: 1. The installation must be clean, or to set up a temporary clean area, such as the use of plastic film to prevent dust from entering the installation process. 2. Assembly workers must wear clean cotton clothing, wearing a cotton hat, no hair exposure, wear clean shoes and plastic gloves. 3. Assembly tools must be skimmed and cleaned before assembly to ensure cleanliness.
